GARRICK WELLS is a chartered accountant with an extensive background in public corporate governance and is arguably New Zealand’s leading expert in botanical extractions. He was also a founding member of the renowned cosmetic brand Trilogy, but that’s another multimillion-dollar New Zealand success story.

BEN MASOE brings an engineering background to the team and with his family being the largest producers and exporters of kava from Samoa in the 90’s he knows more about kava than most. Ben works with kava growing communities in the South Pacific islands whilst securing our resource of ‘special cultivars’ in both the short and long term.

 

DR RICHARD BRUNTON is a chemist and research scientist with more than a decade of experience in kavalactone extractions. Apart from spearheading our R&D division Dr Brunton also oversees our extraction processes. He is also a published author of a number of papers on kava. Simply put, he’s a rare Kava genius.
